    I enjoy cooking certain things and find it relaxing. I am doing a seafood Linguine tonight, which is quite straightforward and often do Bolognese, Chilli Con Carne, Fish pie, Stews, Casseroles etc. Couldn't cope with a full on roast dinner, though. I leave that to the expert..
