    Love a bit of smoked fish - Haddock, smoked Salmon etc but I like it mild, can't be havin' it strong.

    Fuselli pasta with 15 day matured chorizo in a mushroom, mascarpone and black truffle sauce. Steamed brocolli and cherry tomatoes on the side.

    A Braeburn apple for dessert, and a couple of glasses of a 2018 Bordeaux.
