8 ounce ribeye quite rare..1min 30secs per side on a screaming hot cast iron skillet. A single egg and a thin cut slice of my Chilli Cheese bread to mop up. Oh it was a Goose egg, huge and indulgent, the yolk was like cream. I was going to have those left over beans left of picture, but decided against it...this was simple but delicious..

Carnitas with rice - Pork Shoulder slow-cooked for 8 hours in freshly-squeezed Orange Juice then refried with some hot sauce.
The rice was cooked in Chicken stock with veg and cooking Chorizo.

I said I didn't want to be repetitive on this thread but my curries are never the same twice so here you go.
(Some left over veg curry and mixed pickle from last night's takeaway mixed with a little chicken curry from the freezer + rice done in rice cooker)
