Cables & Sundries: Mark Grant HDX1 interconnects and digital coaxial cable, plus Mark Grant 6mm UP-LCOFC Van Damme speaker cable. MCRU 'Ultimate' mains leads. Lehmann clone headphone amp with vintage Koss PRO-4AAA headphones.

First time back on here for a while as I’ve been a wee bit busy with other stuff but there are some fab meals lately.
Had my first chance to do some cooking for a while last night and this was something I kind of invented before getting out of bed yesterday morning, thinking about a nice starter for the 10 hour slow cooked beef chilli we were going to have.
I used some handy little tortilla moulds to make edible bowls for what amounts to a Mexican Prawn Cocktail.
All home made, Pico de Gallo Salsa, Guacamole and freshly peeled and cooked Tiger Prawns done in Chilli and Lime with a homemade Chipotle Mayo.
Tasted better than it looks in this photo.
