Lol... Don't get me wrong, she's good to me in many ways, and I'm really lucky to have her, so I like treating her

I do find her 'want this' emails funny, though. And talking of cats, the latest was this: https://www.bonmarche.co.uk/nightdre...ss-161567.html

I'm only surprised it was so cheap, so I got off lightly there!

Yeah, it is cute... She won't wear anything but cotton (or silk) underwear/nightwear, so defo cheap for that. I won't get off so lightly though when she tops up on her fav products/fragrances from L'occitane en Provence:

    https://uk.loccitane.com/nourishing-...98.htm#s=30017

    https://uk.loccitane.com/shea-butter...53.htm#s=29999

    https://uk.loccitane.com/amber-almon...02.htm#s=30327

I'm still recovering from paying for the last lot! The shampoo is particularly effective though and worth the dosh, as she's got very long hair, and it keeps it in great condition (really soft and shiny), especially noticeable when she wears it loose, rather than in plaits.

All of that is as about as expensive as some of the Clinique and Dior products my half like to use (not to mention Chanel No.5).

Quite a bit of thread drift going on here!

Yeah, Ch No5 is Del's fav, but only the Eau de Parfum. Do you buy her it (and the Clinique/Dior stuff) though, Barry, or does she have to get it herself?

No, I buy it (though for the perfume, I try to take advantage of duty free outlets. ) To paraphrase a cosmetics advertising slogan: "She's worth it".

Lol, indeed... Difference is, Del *tells* me that she's worth it, and so leave me in no doubt!!

She considers herself as a 'princess', so likes to be treated as one, but in a nice, kind of cute way.... It's one of the things that's always endeared her to me. She's not in any way selfish or self-obsessed, though - quite the opposite

Although, when she wants, she can strop for Britain!
