they are out getting anodised , according to TPA, the black ones where painted, with Ral 9005 , jet black same as the deck ,
peter
so far the pads have 3 fans and one who does not like them out of the test ones, the problem is if the LP is poorly produced they will show that up a lot , but i guess that is hfi , pete
so now he has changed his mind, and kept them , as i said that is hifi , 4 fans 100%

Thank you for being honest in your opinions, i would not have it any other way , good or bad is always welcome, it helps me to make stuff, TPA are the only engineering company that now produce and distribute these, i dont get anythng but pleasure of reading if they work or not , TPA have now run out of the stock they made 6 weeks ago , i beleive there will be a wait for the next batch to be made, due to Brexit and the import of parts needed, in the mean time they have made some in Black and some in silver , waiting on parts, i have sort of been trolled with a emoji of a monkey which meant monkey see monkey do , as he supports a different manufacturer that has now had to cut their feet down to size,
you all know i had designed them months ago it is no a case of Monkey see monkey do , these where out far before the others, you all can make your own minds up , the pads had to be designed to match the deck ,they even use the michell tender foot , i could not see the point of throwing a perfectly good part in the bin or cupboard , any movement in the foot is bad it would cause the belt to slacken off , and more wow and flutter as a result ,

this is a friends deck , it has most of the upgrades fitted , atb peter
this is a conversion from AC to DC , using the original top , By Truepoint , as Michell only supply a new top and motor , TPA can make the DC motor fit the original AC housing to keep the gold look or bronze or silver ,

Gninnam , yep the mod for the motor is something Charlie thought off , it has alonger pully , the other part is screwed to the top of the motor , i think they use sorbothane somewere along the line , then it is held in place with the original AC nut , it works very well, and he seems to make a lot of them ,
