    One bottle I still have is an Edradour Chateauneuf du Cape cask; bought it on our honeymoon back in Dec 2010 and you cant buy it any more; I bought 2 of each of the 4 cask bottles back then; hopefully they'll grow in value
    The Kelpie is rather good, but quite different from the Corry and Uig.

    There is air let into the casks during the ageing process.
    I don't have a problem with any of them tasting "off". Personally, I enjoy the differences between the whisky, and would find it rather boring to stick to one bottle at a time.
    My choice, and my whisky.

    I will have some of those bottles for a long time, as a couple of them are really dire!
    In fact, I am thinking of adding coke so that I can finish the Knockando 18 and the Peat Monster.
