Tonight was a fun night ,went to a freind of mines house to hear his amazing new DAC and massively upgraded turntable.
I brought over 3 bottles to enjoy and listen to Tom Petty.
Started with 1792 Full Proof, then Edradour 10 ,Redbreast 12CS then a 12 to 21 year old XO Cognac. https://www.mashed.com/192497/who-ac...and-xo-cognac/
Then went grocery shopping with my wife and bought a bottle of Buffalo Trace as I was out of it.
Grocery shopping with a good buzz going is a lot more fun.

Put this here... Bourbon mixed fruit.
    Used bufallo trace for record.
About 1 day in and they have plumped up nicely.. Will now stay in fridge for a while.
Will be used in some projects. Taste great already.
The juices will make a bourbon butter eventually we hope. Lol

The Glenrothes, whisky makers cut. 48.8%
    Lovely sherried malt this.

Right up in Rothes this distillery is owned by Erdington, who also have Macallan and Highland Park among its portfolio
