Well, maybe still doable, it would be the only bottle in Roseville Ca. I could promise you that.

    Not my idea of fun.

I won't be doing any long trips till Conner is in Collage 8 to 9 years off.
I have been talking to a guy who is planing a trip to Scotland to tour distillerys in 2 years.
I asked him if he would take a couple bottles of Pikesville to you and he said,Yes,no problem.
He owns one of the shops I buy from,he just got back from Kentucky and bought a Store pick Cask of Eagle Rare 10 year.
He will bottle that in Dec. I would love to have a drink with you , I hope you live long . Same here if you come to Ca. you can stay with us, it's not a huge place but its free and Nosheen is a great cook.

I am also watching comments on the Tomataian CS.
    I like there 12 year.

Just wanted to put this out for comments .
Bottles of young scotch ,I was told never leave them get air to them it oxidizes and ruins the taste.
So use up the bottle once you pass half full. With Naked Grouse , I find a little air has taken some of it's youthfulness and tamed it.
Not that it was bad,I think it got a little better, I know 10 to 15 min. in the glass sure helps. Makes a difference in the older Glenfarclas 21 too. (time in the glass)

What is the school of thought on letting a younger scotch be exposed to air in the bottle?
I have a can of wine preserve, you shoot some compressed nitrogen into the bottle and shove the cork in and it puts a layer between the whiskey and the air in the bottle so it wont oxidize.
I have been using this in all my bottles, but wonder if a little oxidization in some cases may be a good thing?
    Thoughts please:
