In all honesty Grant you have amassed a huge valuable stock of information , about scotch,Irish and American whiskey.
Origins, distillers, processes, mashes, histories , not to mention there taste and value comparatively.
Just a video of you discussing what you are drinking each night would be watched a lot.
Don't underestimate what has taken you years to learn and the interest here in the U.S. buy people exploring for the first time quality whiskey.
It is a real thing here now. People demand better than Jack and coke.
You may be surprised the number of views, you have great camera skills, your computer savvy, and knowledgeable.
Ive seen complete twits get a million subscribes who have no clue or direction or even a reason for making a video.
Give it a go man! Grant's Dram .
After 10 episodes you will begin to get people tuning in from what I have seen, it takes a little regularity to come up on you tube.
It takes 30 min. to an hour to make a decent clip , 2 hours to make a really good one.

This Tullibardine 228 has spent its last year in a barrique of pinot noir chateau de chassagne montraghet..
Rich cherries and turkish delight lead to a sweet spice medium finish.

    Rather nice stuff.

Tullibardine is in Blackford, near Auchterarter in Perthshire. A relatively modern distillery originally opened in 1949.

Couldn't resist opening this.. From the knockdhu.. They renamed the whisky ancnoc to avoid confusion with another distillery.
This is the vintage 2002 wit a nose of citrus and honey.. Tastes citrus and honey too, although the citrus comes late and is like peel. Medium finish, this is a super dram and it's a long time since I've had knockdhu.

46% non chill filtered, a nice Amber colour and was matured in Spanish and American oak..
Not cheap this although sometimes on offer

    Grant,
You have some serious skills, It's like French noir film photography, all light and shade. Yet you do it with color.
I couldn't talk you in to doing video but can you describe the nose and pallet of what you are drinking and tell a little about what you like or don't like about it?

I have had the Redbreast Lustau, the 12 and 12 cask straight,I have the 15 but have not opened it yet.
So far I like the 12 cask straight the best with a 1/2 tea spoon of water. The Lustau edition is sweeter, but not as complex, It just seems like the green apple, and floral flavors are lost to me.
The sherry while subtle still changes and makes it a little 1 dimensional to me. Your thoughts?
