Impressive collection there Grant. Personally am not a whiskey lover prefer Tequila which i have nice collection of at the moment. Will try get some pics together once we finished this batch of lambing and have the time. Also like a nice real ale prefer Blondes among my favourites are Blueberry by Coachhouse Brewery, Boxer Blonde by local brewery Bowland and like the Tequila Blonde by Saltaire Brewery.
Also like to mess with flavouring my tequilas at mo i have a bottle of Sloe Tequila and one Pear drops
