2021 'The Signal Post', Shiraz

This full smooth Shiraz is produced from grapes grown in South Eastern Australia. With wonderful aromas of red fruits, flavours of spice and a hint of oak, this is a great wine to enjoy with roast meats, hearty pasta dishes and cheeses.

Not the smoothest of reds, but perfectly acceptable given the price. It has a decent, if short, finish.

13.5% ABV. £7.50 from the Co-op.

Not the usual sherry bomb from Billy Walker, in virgin oak, some sweetness, very smooth. 10 year old, non chill filtered.
