Not tried it Jeff. It's a vatted Nas malt. Supposedly glenturret and some macallan and something else vatted up in a butt for 6 months. I guess it will be fairly inoffensive, and may be quite pleasent. At price it might be worth a try.

Just picked up a bottle of Ballechin 10 y.o. it's from the Edradour distillery, had a bottle 4 years ago while visiting the distillery, dry July is over at midnight Friday. I think I will enjoy this weekend.

Lochranza Arran Bodega sherry cask.
This is a young but potent dram at 7years in sherry and out of cask at 55.8%.
Lots of sherry in this and some strong floralness on nose too behind it.
Strong so will get a little water but what a nose
May improve with air this too

This bottle is very hard to find so I picked it up when I had the opportunity.
It was being held for someone who never picked it up.
It is harder to find than Weller and like Weller always demands a premium on top of retail.
