No worries. I just can't eat a good cheese on its own without either some kind of crusty bread/rustic loaf or (good) crackers, preferably the former!

Same here, but it depends on the cheese. Ultimately though, I prefer a nice crusty baguette (which strangely, post leaving the EU are harder to obtain now in supermarkets) or sourdough
