FS: Rega RP6 Turntable - white belt upgrade, 3mm cork platter fitted, ortofon 2m blue
For sale my much loved Rega RP6 Turntable with the RB303 tonearm
White belt upgrade (rega)
3mm Cork mat upgrade (replaced the pointless static friendly Rega black one that came with the TT)
External PSU
Fitted with an Ortofon 2M Blue cart, which has probably seen about 120 to 140 hours of play in it, but in all honesty I've not really counted.
The deck is in mint condition, no scratches on it. It's been sitting with my other Rega gear for 2 years now.
To get the best out of this deck I'd recommend upgrading the cart, however it suits my needs 100% and give a well rounded sound (I listen to a range from Zappa (all his stuff) to Boards Of Canada and Ambient sounds).
The TTPSU has the original box but not all of the plastic that covers it.
I've lost ( I have no idea!) the original rega box so I can't ship it with that.
However I have just replaced the lid/dustcover with a brand spanking new one, so the unit will be packaged in three boxes and insured for buyer protection (I will not use parcel force!)
1) Main unit - packed in box (not Rega) - insured and sent via courier
2) Lid - packed in Rega box (as it's a brand new lid direct from Rega)
3) TTPSU - packed in original Rega box
Collection is of course preferred from Newcastle Upon Tyne
