Default For Sale Sony TA-F7 Vfet

For Sale a Sony TA-F7 Vfet intergrated amplifier with silver faceplate in excellent condition, just some marks from use which I would expect to see on an amplifier of this age.

Its was completely restored (message for details) last year then promptly put into storage intended for use this winter, however I have to many amps and need to trim down.

Its is apparently the rarer export version of this amp detailed with other information here, http://www.thevintageknob.org/sony-TA-F7B.html.

    £550 with collection from Manchester

    Photos, bit dusty

Sorry went a while ago, if you manage to get one fusible resistors, driver transistors and new silpads are the minimum that need replacing, do so with great care as vfets extremely difficult to replace. Plus when apart a recap won't take long, just be careful of the caps on the psu card as in one position too low esr will make the amp buzz on the output.

I can't seem to send you a PM, maybe you have to have been a member for a while, but if you want to sell it, please let me know.
