I was the same but forced the issue on myself. It made a big difference, and now I never eat past 6pm, unless I am running a little late. Porridge is the best brekkie.. well my version is. made with double cream, brown sugar and fruit ... called farmers luxury porridgeBut I don't ever fancy breakfast or lunch....

Don't eat breakfast either.
Cooked meals maybe three times a week. Plenty of fruit. Addicted to cheese and like eggs, poultry and fish. No red meat (apart from bangers and a bit of corned beef occasionally).
I eat a sarnie at lunchtime and have something about 5.30pm.
It is impossible for anything digital to sound analogue, because it isn't analogue!
