That was tongue in cheek. I thought that was obvious but maybe not. It wasn't really directed at anyone here, just a general comment. Compared to some other places the debate here has been reasonably light-hearted and friendly, so make of that what you will. I did make the point in an earlier thread that those likely to get hot under the collar debating politics are best not debating it at all.
    Current Lash Up:

    TEAC VRDS 701T > Sony TAE1000ESD > Krell KSA50S > JM Labs Focal Electra 926.

Possibly one of least edifying things I've ever seen in my life.
It might have been more "obvious" that it was "tongue-in-cheek" had you not prefaced it with "seriously though..." and then ended it with "possibly one of the least edifying things I've ever seen in my life."

There has been a steep rise in racist incidents since the result. To point this out is not saying that every leave voter is racist. Whether we end up leaving the Union or not, the atmosphere has changed in this country, and not for the better.

Maybe a new thread could be opened if/when we know a bit more about what's happening; e.g. when there's a new PM in place.

My sentiments entirely, Joe, and so feel free folks to do precisely that when the new PM is in place. However, I think that this particular thread has run its course now, so thanks to all who contributed
