Just been tucking in to some local (Cadíz, Andalucia) seafood (mussels in a light tomato sauce), followed by a rib-eye steak, cooked to perfection at the table, with roasted vegetables. All washed down with a bottle (yes, a whole bottle - it was that good) of 2014 Cortilo de Jara; a local wine of Tempranelo, Syrah and Merlot grape. (15.5% ABV)
