    That's true! Just been going through the next steps. Paint, skirting board, finish fitting the heat recovery unit, electrician, carpet... move in, never leave! In celebration, I bought a new (well old) Thorens TD 125 in a beautiful Macassar Ebony plinth. It used to be Petrat's I believe. Can't wait to pick that up.

    This is the new turntable! Just looking for an arm to go with it. Any thoughts? Needs to be as far below a £1000 as is possible!

    That is true! I did just email Jeff from Audiomods. The new series 6 looks nice. I originally thought about the Origin Live Onyx, which is quite a bit cheaper. On my previous 125 I had a Jelco 750E, which was great, but the prices seem to have gone through the roof!

    It's a nice looking arm but the lack of adjustment options puts me off.
