Shouldn't the autobiography be titled "Ding Dong"?

I always remember Terry Thomas advising people that "You are a complete Bloody shower!"

Have just finally finished the "Last Kingdom" series.

Detected certain plot holes, but immensely entertaining if you enjoy blood and slaughter. As I do.

Basic plot is the English hammer all their Enemies. And what is wrong with THAT!

Always found Leofric entertaining. A Mercian, like myself.

I think you are right, Grant. It would be unlike Terry Thomas to swear....

Plot hole in "War Lord" is apparently Uhtred, son of Uhtred, son of Uhtred was fighting Steapa when Evil Viking Guthrum invaded Wincaester (Winchester as now call it).

Unless I am losing my mind, he was up against Leofric of Mercia. For THIS rubbish Bernard Cornwell makes a living?

yeah it was absolute, and occasionally positive too. top man. Terry- Thomas real name was Thomas Terry Hoar Stevens. He turned round his first 2 names and inserted a hyphen later.
