Yup, it was very interesting, Jerry, and gave a unique insight into Shostakovich the man, as well as his music, and just how influential both were during the war era. Some of the scenes of the St Petersburg Symphony Orchestra in action, conducted by Shosty's son, Maxim, were truly breathtaking!
