Nicely avoided.. I'll presume that you're English, unless you tell me otherwise. So where does the name "My" originate from? That, for me, doesn't seem likely as British in origin. FYI, I have an interest in usual names and where they come from

Well, we've been here before with the car thing. I can only judge you on what you write (and from that, form an impression accordingly), and so what you've written here so far on that subject forms the basis upon which my replies are based.

Well, I'm sorry, but based on what you've written so far on the subject, I'm afraid that doesn't show. From that, you seemingly have a rather jaundiced view of the Scots.

In any case, we clearly don't agree on a number of matters [and I suspect are very different people], so let's just end this now, by 'agreeing to disagree', and try and get the thread back on-topic, which if I remember correctly was supposed to be about car wheels!

You don't seem to get it. I'm judging you (or as you say "making an assumption") based on what you've written on the subject, and therefore how you're coming across. It would be interesting to ask others here what they think about that, and how you've conducted yourself in that respect, but we won't go there.

If that's not the REAL you, then it's not my fault. I can only judge you on the evidence you present. You may wish to consider the notion of 'we rarely see ourselves as we really are'.......

Maybe the guy doesn't want to give information, he doesn't have to after all surely?
I know several folk (some on here) who because of their job keep information sharing to a minimum.

As you say, let's move on. In any case, this is an old thread that was recently resurrected (I forget why), and is no longer relevant, as said wheels have long been chosen, and in use (see my avatar)!
