    how long should you have to wait for to get a confirmation email so you can join aos?
    a friend applied this afternoon and at 18.33 still hasn't had one.

    Depends on admin being around. Its the weekend so may well be out enjoying themselves... It should come in the not so distant future.

    really? i thought it was an automatic thing,i didnt realize you had to wait for a human to press a button! lol

    Hi Jamie,

    Which username did your friend register with?

    The other guys are right, we manually approve all new user accounts, in order to minimise on spamming. That's why we rarely get any on AoS. With a little experience, you can usually weed out the trolls!
