Orbe arrived today and sounds amazing. My amp is a Music Fidelity 3.2 integrated amp and speakers are Monitor Audio Gold floor standers.
What phono stages would you recommend I listen to. I have a £600 budget.
Thanks

Glen Croft unit although M/M only. Five hundred quid and totally hand built. Also, a valve unit of impeccable pedigree.

“Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of fuel. Sentimental people call it inspiration, but what they really mean is fuel. I have always needed fuel. I am a serious consumer. On some nights I still believe that a car with the gas needle on empty can run about fifty more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio”

Icon Audio PS 1.2 (used), should come in for circa £450 - £550. Everything is replaceable from Icon at Leicester should you need anything (unlikely, they're built like a tank) and you'll sell it for what you paid for it in a couple of years time if you want to move up. All valves are available at sensible prices too! It'll add a touch of warmth to the MA speakers and build on the considerable soundstage and quality bass your deck is famous for.
I had one for about 4 years whilst I scraped the cash together for a PS 3. I tried a few solid state designs before shelling out for the PS 3 but they couldn't even get close.
Good luck whatever you decide to go with.
