Ahem. Seems I have another one of these on the way. It was so cheap, I couldn't really refuse. This one has a removable rack mount plate which will be removed. I'll soon have enough of them to build a small shelter I can hide in.

Oh dear. What have I done now?

Just arrived, A pair of empty Tannoy Dorset cabinets.

Rather smaller than the superb Cheviots that went recently, these are 26.5" tall and I have stands that should be perfect for them. They need a tidy, but I'll have no problem doing that.

In my den, there's a pair of scruffy small Tannoy Ascots with excellent drivers that should fit straight in the Dorset boxes, as they are the original type.

    Ascots:

In a move away from standard spec, the plastic cones will be removed and a set of treated paper pulp SRM 10B items fitted instead. Should work a treat.

The lower opening for the original ABR will be blanked off with a braced panel and a tuned port introduced instead.

    Should be a nice project.
