Treated myself to a new car today

Ditto. It's been raining here today, so I took the car out (with Pirellis fitted) to the same roundabout, doing the same speed (approx 20mph), where in the same conditions last time I lost traction and the back end swung out...

This time, nowt, nada. The rear end clung onto the tarmac like a limpet, just as it should be. Only variable? The tyres! Job done, Conversation over

Lol..... Jo, the difference between these tyres and what were on it before [budget Accelera] is, quite frankly, ridiculous. The car holds the road and handles completely differently, and consequently that significantly increases driving satisfaction.

You really do get what you pay for with these things. For anyone else with a highly-tuned sports saloon car (or similar), I can't recommend the Pirelli P-Zero Corsas highly enough!
