Welcome to the Forum anyways Graham. oh and why the tom brown?
Sort of!! It's "Authentic R&B" on Stateside a nice lively mix and I do find the stateside vinyl plays really well, even some "rough" looking copies play really well. - The Tom Brown stems from other Knife and outdoor forums that I'm a member of don't really want loads of different user names!! Getting old and the memory is not what it used to be!!

Sound advice, I do have good quality leads from the turntable to the pre amp, but could probably do with better ones from that to the main amp. I've just settled on the decks latest position as space is tight. Time to measure up and get some new leads. The amp is superb and I bought it new in the early 90's...The only thing I miss is the ability to control the Bass & Treble as it has set playback modes It's never let me down though!!
