    Cycling is good for you......honest. It has been a regular part of my life for nearly 40 years, more so since i retired last year. "Dad isn't it time you called it a day"......"err I think you know the answer to that kids". Thankfully I have a very high pain threshold. When I had a Vasectomy at 32 I asked them when they cut the first tube...."should I be feeling this?"...Mad scurrying around then took place to pump some more local into me
