Have to agree , it may be a total pain in the arse but I'd even stick the WM8716 back in too, with the other mods including the wiring job it should attract a lot more interestOriginally Posted by Sensimilia
If I were you I would swap the caps round and do the wire mod. See the TC-7510 thread for some recent pictures. With those mods you'll get a good price on eBay. Just listen to it first. You might want to keep it after those mods. It will sound like a completely better DAC all round.

Amps etc.: 2 x Mini-T amps, MF-X10D Valve buffer clone, StanDAC 7520/Caiman (mod'd).
Speakers: Mission 774s with added super tweeters
Cables: best I can afford and likely to change except Homar's RF attenuated co-ax's and Mark Grant USB and HDMI cables. I also like silver i/cs and speaker cable.
