    Seems the Quad 306 is rather more appreciated in Japan.

    Having said that, there is definitely an upward trend in 306 prices in the UK. Asking prices seem around £100 higher than a year or two back.

    Glad I bought myself a couple. Nice sounding amp!

    World's cheapest passive pre-amp. Less than three quid!

    Yes, I've mentioned it before, but it works really well with any power amp I've tried, so maybe somebody might want to try one. You could pay this much or more just for the pot.

    They are still good speakers even by modern standards and were a leading make many years ago. One of the brands Henry Kloss started, he was a major influence in Hi-Fi.
