    lol, I just like trying different things mate. Charles is a nice guy too so i don't mind putting his gear through the rigors of Metallica etc.

    Cambridge made some really good stuff. I tried a headamp under the A&R label and that was very impressive.

    What impressed me recently was a mid seventies Cambridge Audio P80 integrated. It really is nice sounding. It's a follow on from the classic P40, P50, P60, P70 series. Made when Cambridge were a prestige brand, not Richer Sounds cheapos.
    Their current flagship pre/power combo is £2K, not exactly cheapo.
