    £258 a driver is the new for old, so 500 quid for new drivers. Thats about half price I guess. But you would need to build new cabs as well.

    Really Grant? Interesting - that you say that. I was always under the impression that the QS series were victims of cost cutting and therefor not in the same league as ES - having said that, I have never heard QS stereo gear - I have a QS AV receiver, and did find it more musical than my second from TOTR Denon AVR. Hmm, I must look out for a QS amp and give one a try.
