Went from this to The Fixx's "Reach The Beach". The Fixx were often compared to The Police back in the early 80s (though they sound nothing like them) The Police cast a long shadow, and record buying Brits voted with their cash. But the Yanks welcomed The Fixx with open arms, and the band are still going today (album due out October).Nice one Piggurs.

This was never my favourite, and didn't get that much play, so why so crackly? It's a mystery. I need to get it through an RCM.

Absolutely without doubt, the best album by The Fixx - they've never done anything (IMHO) that has ever come close to Shuttered Room - its brilliant!!! One of my all time top 20 albums!!!!went from this to the fixx's "reach the beach". (IMHO) This is a great album from Judas Priest but, I know amongst the fans out there, its a bit divisive as some think its a bit too commercial/mainstream; I LOVE IT!!!
