Yeh thats a compilation, a best of covering the music from their Tetragammaton stuff. Mk.1 Purples whole output on LPs was three.
Shades Of/Deep Purple & Book of..
As a side note the Hasrvest release of the Mk.2 Purples ' For Group & Orchestra' had a release on Tetragammaton, but it quite rare..

It will be a Purple vinyl then, i was in a panic because i could not get a copy on the day. I actually found a musical instrument shop in Sheffield near the city hall that was part of the day but was not registered so, he had just two copies left. Shame it was purple vinyl tho cos the label reproduction was super..I bought this about 4 years ago, think it was a RSD purchase, and in mono. Ashamed to say I haven't played it yet
