Album Club listen, if you have never heard it then give it a go, you can always comment in the Album Club.

Listening is the act of aural discrimination and dissemination of sound, and accepting you get it wrong sometimes.

Having listened to Thomas Dolby for the Album Club it prompted me to dig out this one, quite a classic IMO, makes a great change from 70's rock and Prog.

This was Howard's first outing and certainly set him up for a future in the music business. By the way he had ten top 40 hit singles in the UK between 1983 and 1986; six of those 10 singles reached the top ten. He released a new album in May 2019 "Transform" see http://www.howardjones.com

Currently on Tour, only and last date in UK is weekend of 29 Dec to 1 Dec at Butlins at Bognor Regis for

    Electric Dreams 2019
    Line-up:-
Berlin, Howard Jones, Propaganda, Altered Images, China Crisis, Blancmange, Jimmy Somerville, John B
Nick Heyward, Claudia Brucken, Rusty Egan, Fiat Lux
British Electric Foundation, Steve Norman (of Spandau Ballet) and Band

    Howard Jones ‎– Human's Lib
    Label: WEA ‎– WX1, WEA ‎– 240335-1
Format: Vinyl, LP, Album, Black Labels
    Country: UK & Europe
    Released: Feb 1984
    Genre: Electronic, Pop
    Style: Synth-pop

just picked up Record Collector and lo and behold there was an article on the 50th anniversary of this.

I hadn't thought about it but I'm amazed there was no 180g repress / remaster of this release. I'd have been in the queue

Crosby Stills Nash & Young: Deja Vu.

Add water... Makes It's own sauce! + Don't Do Rap.. Don't do Urrban.. Don't do Modern R&B and Don't Do Radio 1 cos it's all fecking SHITE
