    Based on previous comments I thought Iíd give this a go, wow I am glad I did, possibly one of the best albums I have listened to this year, just great.

    I have ordered it on vinyl, rude not to.

    The Electrifying Aretha Franklin - Aretha Franklin (1962)



    This is a FLAC rip of my CD and playing through a bit of a makeshift system but sounds SOOO good! I love this (her 2nd album, before she was famous, really) and one of those albums that always puts a smile on my face.

    Just spotted that there is now a 4CD boxset of this but for the life of me I can't see where they can get 4CDs worth from...


    first time I've dragged this off the shelves in 15/20 years and I suspect that it'll be a long while before I get it out again, the comic insert is a nostalgic giggle tho..
