The music of Genesis is pretty much at odds with everything else I listen to, but what can I say, we like what we like I'm guessing you like Peter Gabriel though, gotta like PG.

That's remarkably prescient of you Steve - I do actually have a Peter Gabriel CD. I probably bought it cheaply thinking that maybe I should give his solo career an audition.

IMO it's "OK", but not much more. On the contrary it took me a long time to resolve a love-hate attitude to Steely Dan, in the end realised that I do like them to the extent of possessing a copy of all of their recordings. After the death of Walter Becker, I checked out the solo career of Donald Fagin. But sadly like with that of Peter Gabriel, I haven't been impressed.

You probably knew that i would have to look up the meaning, and you were proved to be right - I did

I based my assumption on your liking "World Music", and Peter Gabriel has long championed this via his "Real World" records label. I don't know which PG album you have, but my recommendation would be this one:

    Peter Gabriel 4 (Security)
