The Delines are just so smooth, just like wrapping a warm blanket of sound around you, gorgeous.

Format: Vinyl, LP, Album, Reissue, Orange
    re- Released: 13 Apr 2019, original 2014
    Genre: Folk, World, & Country

Listening is the act of aural discrimination and dissemination of sound, and accepting you get it wrong sometimes.

Analog Inputs: Pro-Ject Signature 10 TT & arm, Benz Micro LP-S, Michel Cusis MC, Goldring 2500 and Ortofon Rondo Blue cartridges, Hitachi FT5500 mk2 Tuner

Digital:- Marantz SA-KI Pearl CD player, RaspberryPi/HifiBerry Digi+ Pro, Buffalo NAS Drive

Amplification:- AudioValve Sunilda phono stage, Krell KSP-7B pre-amp, Krell KSA-80 power amp

The orange vinyl is surprisingly pretty quiet, well my copy is with my stylus.

I have several of his early albums, and all are pretty good.

I think this may be one of my favourite Doobie albums, it has a sense of immediacy in the recording and playing, as if they went into the studio and just laid it down, and then went home or on tour. Even though the cover is a photo from a live show Diddle Arena, Western Kentucky University the album was recorded at Burbank Studios, Burbank, CA.

    Great stuff.
