I'm Andr'e.
Sorry, but I was more than happy to trade Suzy and her scary nostrils for Pollyanna and Rachel! I stopped watching because Jason Bradbury makes me want to throw things at the TV.
Back on topic, Mr Big from Sex and the City (Mrs. B watched it, not me.................honest.) had a B&O Beosound 9000 and a Rega Planar 3 turntable. Not sure how it sounded as the Beosound only has a line level aux input and there was no evidence of a phono preamp that I could see.
Engineers: fixing problems you didn't know you had in ways you don't understand.
Ok a bit non specific in places but.... there was a men's aftershave ad awhile back with a Gyrodec and Mcintosh electronics.
Life insurance ad with a Linn CD player and integrated amp (I think) sitting on a kitchen counter to the right side.
Current car ad and a lady has a nice system with a reel to reel.
Galaxy ad with old large 70s reciever
Jumper had complete Meridian system.
Emerdale had a Denon DM30.
Some computer games device (X Box maybe) ad has old audio gear in the back ground.
Ruark Audio (maybe Tivoli) in Emerdale. Cambridge Audio system in Emerdale.
9 and a half weeks Nakamichi audio
Martin Logans in Friends
Suits one of the lawyers has vinyl set up in office, maybe a Project or Music Hall turntable.
Best one by far imho was an ET 2 tonearm, VPI turntable in Indecent Proposal
House I think had a Sota turntable.

I'm Dave.
My shop in Radlett was just a couple of miles from the BBC studios in Borehamwood and they often came to me to borrow equipment for various programmes. Usually, it was 'vintage' gear they wanted, working or not, just so long as it looked interesting. They paid good money but often only shown for a few seconds.
