    Maybe because its rack mount its a pro one. I don't know if pro gear in the 70's tended to be black or silver.

    I was going to watch that and forgot.

    The speakers are there, one is stuffed between the hifi cabinet and the doorway, and the other is right on the other side. Both just sat on the floor ofc as was the practice at the time.

    You never get a close look at it but my guess is it's entry-level Hitachi or JVC kit from about 1979/80.
