It's bugging me now, could it be DIY? The woofer looks like the one from the Epos M22 while the mid looks like the one from the Crusaders. Or an obscure American speaker?

I heard a pair of Audiostatic ESLs at an Audio fair in London back in the '90s and was impressed. The room was empty apart from the demonstrator and me, so I could listen to a wide range of music and have a good discussion with the demonstrator. As a long-term user of Quad ESLs (the so-called 57s) I could have happily replaced the Quads (which I love) with the Audiostatics.
