Does anybody have experience of this amp?
I'm looking at upgrading from my Arcam Alpha 8 & 8P combo, and was wondering if this was a big enough step, on a budget.
    It's available locally.

Beautiful amp. IMHO it was better than the more expensive pre and power. Build, sound, it has it all. Silky smooth.

I sourced one for a mate of mine a good few years ago, used with ProAc speakers, Michell Gyro, RB 300 and a BPS it sounds really nice, smooth but detailed and dynamic. With his Cambridge CD4 SE it sounds as good as one of them can sound, if you get my meaning, well worht checking out
