    just been reading the review of the remastered 180g vinyl re-issue of 'Foxtrot' by Genesis , anybody out there bought it ?? and got any opinions of same ???

    I haven't got a copy, but I do know that it's from a remixed master, so it's not the same as an original pressing.
    The remix was part of a catalogue remixing/remastering.
    I quite like what's been done, others may not.

    Yes Alf. I have it and it's pretty good. But to be honest not that much better than the original. Drums are a little clearer.

    I have 2 original early pressings , 1 is a US import ,after a good clean I'm very happy with the way they sound , did think about buying this remaster but not now .
