    Default Happy Birthday, Beechy!

Thank you Marco and Brian! I'm pleased to say that I've got the day off today with very little planned so definitely having a chill-out day Found a mint vinyl copy of an album I'd been looking for for years - Inna Roots and Truths by Israel Movements - a bit of a holy grail for me, self released back in 1987. Fantastic dub roots reggae. That will be playing later

    All the best everyone!

    Many happy returns Nick.
“Music has always been a matter of energy to me, a question of fuel. Sentimental people call it inspiration, but what they really mean is fuel. I have always needed fuel. I am a serious consumer. On some nights I still believe that a car with the gas needle on empty can run about fifty more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio”

Sure am, and very pleased with how it sounds. I'm using it with an iFi iPhono pre and it still shocks me how good it all sounds for the money spent!

Nice one - just wondered whether you'd got bored with it, or not, and gone back to your Lenco! So the Pickering cartridge must still be doing the business...
