Default Good Ears to you, from the colonies. And amp crushed under car tyre

Greetings, I'm James from Practical Devices Corporation, makers of good headphone amplifiers. We're glad to be aboard The Art of Sound. We are based in Canada, and ship worldwide, including the UK.

If you have a pair of higher-impedence headphones that are begging you for an amp, please give our products a look-see. Our equipment offers strong clean sound, and is packed full of features which are simply not available elsewhere. Further, the pricing won't lead you to bankruptcy or shortness of marriage.

    Our website is http://www.practicaldevices.com

For some humour, we were sent this picture, of an XM4 amplifier underneath a car. The amp survived no problem, save for a few scratches from the pavement. Although our products are tough, we ask customers to refrain from this.

    Hi James,

    Welcome on board!

Your headphone amp sounds very interesting indeed. I'll be in the market for one shortly, after I've sorted out my valve power amp shenanigans. I have a pair of K701 AKGs that are crying out for a decent headphone amp. What are the prices of the models in your range?

I'll arrange to have your website included in our Creative Collections section. In the meantime enjoy the forum and please feel free to recommend your products to members where appropriate.

    Regards,
    Marco.

That's pretty good, James - I could well be interested. Perhaps you could let me audition one and I could then review it on the forum?

If it's good (which I'm sure it is) you could end up selling quite a few!

PM me if you would like to discuss this.

    Marco.

Your link will be going up later. Is that a 525iX by any chance?
