    Martin you or whoever does it? (you I presume as I don't know any vinyl fans who let someone else clean their turntable) has the most proficient dust elimination system I have
    ever seen . the Pictures aren't to shabby either, very nice indeed

    Thanks, Paul. Dust is as big a problem for me as for anyone else. I tend to let it accumulate then get the duster out and have a big go at it. Flash macro photography is remorseless in showing up the stuff, unfortunately.

    This is exactly why I started The Tech' Gallery to showcase the different approaches. High end arms - Dynavector, Micro Seiki, Ortofon, SME, Linn Ekos.....Top notch carts !, SPU's, Shelter 5000, Koetso Black, 2M Black etc, Who would have thought it ? Yep Us ! Keep 'em comin' !

    Mods include

    Recapped PCB
    x3 Stage Paul Hynes regulation mods
    Pitch Control Bypassed
    Pitch Control completely removed
    Strobe light completely removed
    Cue light completely removed
    On/off switch completely removed
    Installed Sorbothane PCB bed (To limit vibration getting to PCB)
    Mike New baseplate installed (bolted and bonded to internal chasis)
    Mike New bearing installed
    Mike New Cu/Al platter installed
    External chasis fillled in and stiffened
    All excess metal and electronics removed out of the deck
    Mike New Cu tonearm board installed
    5mm 1210 Acromat
    SME V tonearm (modified with Kondo silver wiring and cartridge tags)
    Ortonfon Cadenza Black cartridge
    Isonoe feet installed
    Yannis SPD-4 tonearm cable with Eichmann silver bullets
    Paul Hynes SR7EHD XL PSU / DCSXL pure-silver DC lead & Yaeger (low-impedance) connector

    I think that just about covers most of what I've done.

    Hi 'REXTON', Your Techie has undergone what can only be described as 'extensive' upgrading and modifications - Extensive !!. You clearly want to take it as far as you can / no compromise and you can. Along with Marco and Martin, I'm quite envious that you have been able to do that as I'd go as far as I'd like to if I could, so good on you. A part of me really wants to do the Paul Hynes reg mods, pcb and SR7 etc - That would be the cherry on top, who knows one day hopefully! Bless up !
