Still finding more modern films a bit too staged for my liking. To sharp in front focus I think.

ive slowed it down a bit, as that setting was having a detrimental effect on picture. seems ok on what i watch; i dont watch footy etc. ive forgot what it was doing but i read something re it and said to myself; im getting that..lol
pic is much more to my taste, although im still missing the subtle pic my old set had. it wasnt as sharp(ive run sharpness down too) but it did look the most natural tv ive ever seen... my brother used to say that too when he came in..it was an old lg which has got more miles on it than the qe2 and still works.

Footy is where you notice it most, and the odd film. Fortunately all the old shows I watch never use fast pans.
Not sure if there's a setting I can mess with to make it better, I think it's why it was so cheap, got it bin end from Richer Sounds.

No, there's no setting for anything like that. It was £600 and the new model that replaced it was £2.5K and probably a lot better, but no way I'm paying that for a telly.
The programmes aren't good enough to justify it.
