not updated this for a good while alas..

As I've been unable to use system due to a idiot next door, I've become used to using cans now anyway so alas the lovely amp and speakers will likely be going to the sales.
It's far too good equipment to be sat doing nowt.

Edingdale mk1 speakers and the pathos classic remix, and hidac.

Might need to get my mate Gaz to see if he can sell stuff as I don't know if it will sell here.
Difficult for me to take pics too being disabled..

Anyway here is a last pic of it in its glory

We have fairly decent neighbors luckily, plus my listening room is my loft. its really sad that the guy next door is causing you hassle, is there nothing the council can do for you.

unless he gets too boisterous they are scared to do anything tbh. he gets all the protetion that folk like me dont. its a disgraceful system... if i put mine on for half an hr he gets the feling he can put his on for the whole day and night. Council say dont put mine on....
its do gooders gone mad tbh but what can you do? im not insensitive to mental health as my step son suffers basically the same thing as he does, but if he behaved like that i'd slap him. his family think its fine as he isnt living near them. council too.. he isnt bothering a counciller so they couldnt give a shit.
im at a xroads in my life and at my age i shouldnt be. still, im sure its my fault

That's right pish, mate... Makes me glad we don't have neighbours!

That's a real shame about your system, although as you say, you're in a no-win situation.. Don't see why it wouldn't sell on here, though. It's minty-mint and folks here know you sell good gear and are reliable, so I foresee no issues in that respect and am sure it would go to a good home

Never mind, I'm sure your imminent new set of wheels will make up for your hi-fi woes!

That's a shame mate, hope you get something sorted. The last time I heard your system, it sounded superb. Those Edingdales are fantastic speakers.

We're very lucky here to have very good neighbours too. We were thinking of moving a couple of years ago but decided to stay put partly because of the neighbours.

    Surprised at the Council TBH,
    What's their antisocial policy?

What Council is it Grant, I could do some digging?

The Bawbag signed the same Tenancy agreement as you, when he's playing all day and all night he's breaking that agreement.
    Consistently.

    Nah,
    This can't stand.

    Also,
Strong case for discrimination against you by the Council, your older with your own circumstances, equal footing in my book.

I'd be coming from that angle and getting MP involved Grant.
Can always play up the Health and wellbeing card too, seems they pay attention to that.

Worst thing you can do (imo) is give up.

Happy to help out selling your kit mate if that's what you want to do.
Can come across take good photos and post the Ads in various places.
    No worries on that front.
