    I agree with Martin, make the nutcase's life intolerable.

    An alternative is to soundproof the party wall. I've heard good things about this system. They claim in excess of 60db sound reduction, even half that should do the trick.

    Looks expensive that. Whereas the 'Manuel Noriega' technique is tried and tested and absolutely free

    Just make sure you switch it off at 2300 hrs so the cops can't touch you.

    I now have no neighbours and have never been happier.

    I'm thinking you may be referring to the us's noise campaign tho, to get him out of the holy sea in Panama. (think that's where it was). It was a smart move, with helicopters and music among other things bombarding him.
